| Objectives | The objective of this course is to provide practical knowledge of GIS applications development to individuals and professionals who want to enhance their skills in this growing field by delivering concepts of Web GIS and their implementation. It involves development of website for displaying GIS data through integration of main GIS functionalities such as map querying, performing spatial analysis and generating maps and reports based on user requirements. Additionally, the course will expose the participants to the programming skills to develop Web GIS applications. |
