The workshop will be conducted at Scientific Hub established by SUPARCO at Sonmiani Beach, (25.19°N, 66.74°E), Pakistan. This site hosting a number of scientific instruments including Abdus Salam Geomagnetic Observatory, recognized as a full participating member of INTERMAGNET and Ionospheric Station. This site is also known for space research and development as it offers excellent opportunities for carrying out scientific activities.
The workshop venue is approximately 80 km from Karachi, seaport and the largest city of Pakistan.
This city portrays art and traditions with lots of tourist attractions amongst which Mazar-e-Quaid, Mohatta Palace, National Museum of Pakistan and Frere Hall hold pivotal place. There will be an opportunity for sight-seeing in the Metro during the workshop.
